Payment Instructions:

1-Conference Fee Structure (Charges + Bank Fees):

    • Super Early Bird Enrolment till April 30,2025: $650 + $50 (Bank charges)
    • Early Bird Enrolment till July 30,2025: $750 + $50 (Bank charges)
    • Normal fee till september 15,2025 : $850 + $50 (Bank charges)

2-    Secure Your Place at the Conference: To reserve your spot, please complete the conference registration and make the required payment. After registering, you will receive an official invoice within one business day from Bridginglogpro’s official email (sales@bridginglogpro.pro). Please verify that the email address is correct before proceeding with the payment.

3-Payment Methods: Once you receive the invoice, you can make the payment via bank transfer to Bridginglogpro’s official account at cood@bridginglogpro.pro Your seat, hotel accommodation, company name on the attendee list, and participation in other conference activities will be confirmed once Bridginglogpro has received your payment.

Payment Validity

  • After registering, the registrant must remit payment to BridgingLogPro’s designated account within three working days of receiving the conference invoice.
  • Booth arrangements are based on the “First register and pay, first select” approach, and BridgingLogPro reserves the right to change a small number of booths as needed.
  • To prevent losing out, all attendees are responsible for providing relevant participant information, a logo, and a formal photo on time.
  • All attendees must adhere to the one-on-one meeting schedule, and no-shows for more than three consecutive occasions without prior notice may be denied admission to the 11th Bridginglogpro conference, and will have a negative impact on your company’s credit rating with Bridginglogpro.
  • BridgingLogPro staff will manually provide all materials, expo receptions, accommodations, and other information to registrants one month before the conference.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations before 90 days will forfeit all registration fees paid to BridgingLogPro as membership fees or move to the next conference.

 

All confirmations are subject to registration and payment of the invoice.

The above fee includes the following costs during the conference:

– Gala Dinner
– Entertainment

If you pay cash during the meeting or send a wire transfer to our account, you can receive a membership with discount in only USD 1,450 + Bank Charges (without credit cover)

A Golden membership is available in USD 1450 + 1000 insurance cover for USD 20000 credit control cover.

This includes a one-year BridgingLogPro subscription and one ticket to the next conference in Istanbul Turkey.
